Refund policy

We want you to love your Authentically Beautiful necklace. If it is not the right fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging.
• Items that are damaged after delivery, worn, altered or missing their original packaging are not eligible for return.
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

How to start a return

Email us at urauthenticallybeautiful@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend a trackable shipping service, since we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, and depending on your bank it can take 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different design or finish is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at urauthenticallybeautiful@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
